Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching introduces clients to practices that engage the relationship between behavior, emotion, and cognition on the one hand, and brain function on the other.

​Through mindfulness-based practices, the client learns how to actively participate in life, rather than being lost in the emotional rollercoaster of life's ups and downs.

Clients who participate in these practices report a dramatic reduction in episodes of depression and anxiety, and move forward in life with a greater degree of emotional stability.
