Eastern Practices & Educational Programs: -
Combining a systematic course of study with training in mindfulness, meditation and lifestyle choices, these programs introduce Western students to the ancient science of mind, and give them a sound basis in foundational understanding of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Tao philosophies.
Body, Mind & Soul will be offering self-paced online programs which include access to weekly group sessions, retreats in Australia, Thailand, and Bali Indonesia.


It is envisaged that BMS will grow into an Institute offering year- round educational opportunities that will permit students to continue onto a course of study designed to develop fully trained Western acharyas (senior teachers), confident to teach and represent a fusion of eastern traditions and aid in their transplantation to the West.

​Start with a 
15-minute intake call. If it feels like a good fit over the phone, we schedule our first session.
During the initial sessions, I will learn about you and your story;  together we will begin to refine your goals (what you want to achieve). Based on this information, I will introduce practices (tools & techniques) tailored to your specific needs.
Typically, clients start with weekly sessions, as continuity is important to achieve change.
​The intention is to take 1 step at a time toward serving you effectively.
